You will also need to complete the necessary applications and submit 1 set of blueprints for residential and 3 sets for commercial stamped by an architect licensed in the State of Illinois. The Village may require additional prints towards the end of the review process.  A packet of permit applications can be downloaded in the permit section.  At time of submittal, the Building Department will review your blueprints and applications. At anytime during this process, we may contact you with questions or notifications.
