Permits

Permits are required for the following:
(1) New construction.
(2) All interior or exterior renovation and remodel.
(3) Framing and drywall.
(4) Fire repair.
(5) Windows, same size and/or larger openings.
(6) Doors, exterior house or garage.
(7) Insulation.
(8) Furnace and/or air conditioning.
(9) Gutter, siding, fascia, aluminum work.
(10) Masonry.
(11) Roofing.
(12) Foundation repairs.
(13) Railings.
(14) Brick pavers.
(15) Fences.
(16) Sheds.
(17) Pools.
(18) All types of concrete work.
(19) Excavation, new construction or street.
(20) Additions.

Requirements when submitting for each permit:

If a contractor is doing the work:

• Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
• Submit a copy of the contract
• Pay any fees associated with the project

If a homeowner is doing the work:

• Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
• Provide a copy of the owners drivers license or state ID
• Pay any fees associated with the project

Once the above is submitted the paperwork will be reviewed and the permit will be issued
