Gabriela Krasinski
Village President Daniel Tannhauser
Dan is currently finishing up his 6th year as Village President and was a Village Trustee for 6 years prior. Dan has resided in Norridge for over 50 years and is President and CEO of TANNCO Construction Inc., with his business located in Norridge. He is a current member of the Norridge/Harwood Heights Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Salvation Army Advisory Council and a Queen of Peace Parishioner. Dan, his wife Karen, and their two children Tiffany and Tim, regularly volunteer at events held throughout the community. Dan, his five siblings, and his children all attended James Giles Grade School and Ridgewood High School, where Dan was inducted into the Ridgewood High School Foundation's Alumni Hall of Fame in 2018. During his Presidency, Dan has assisted with continued growth throughout the Village. He has worked with Harlem Irving Plaza to retain and bring in new tenants. The latest being the only stand-alone Toys 'R' Us in the state of Illinois. Dan also assisted with the developer for the completion of the property located at Montrose & Harlem. He was instrumental in purchasing the former Divine Savior Property from the Archdiocese. The property was purchased by the Village of Norridge to ensure regulated usage of the land. Dan is looking forward to your continued support and working with you to keep our village strong.
Clerk Gabriela Krasinski
Gabriela “Gabby” Krasinski is currently our Village Clerk and has served as Clerk for the past four years. Gabby has worked for more than 40 years in the administrative field and is currently the Lead Executive Assistant at Honeywell UOP. Gabby and her three children have lived in Norridge for 27 years and her children attended James Giles Elementary School and Ridgewood High School. Gabby is a Parishioner of Queen of Peace Parish. She was a Religious Education teacher for 15 years at Divine Savior. Gabby has been a staple in the community as evident by her countless hours of volunteer work. She served on the boards of Norridge/Harwood Heights Little League, Giles ST &P and Ridgewood High School Parents' Club and you can see her around Norridge volunteering at many other events. She would be honored to serve her community as Village Clerk
Trustee Donald Gelsomino
Donald L. Gelsomino has resided in the Norridge since 1987 with his wife Romaine and sons, Michael and Donald. During this time, he has been actively involved with the Norridge Youth Association (NYA) sports program. Donald has been a local insurance agent for the past 30 years with American Financial Concepts. He also served as a Code Enforcement Officer and Health Inspector for the Village of Norridge for the past 10 years. He organized the first NYA youth baseball team to travel to Cooperstown, New York to play in the Baseball Hall of Fame Tournament, in addition to coaching football at Holy Cross High School for 10 years. Donald was elected as a Norwood Park Fire Trustee in 1998 and served on the Fire Board until 2011. During this time, no new taxes were imposed and the department was equipped with the latest state-of-art life saving equipment. He also helped negotiate three successful firefighter contracts.
Trustee Bill Larson
Bill and his wife, Maureen, have lived in Norridge for over 35 years. They raised three children who all attended local grammar schools. He worked in the construction industry for nearly four decades. An active community member, Bill was a coach/volunteer at Norridge Park for 20 years, coaching baseball, basketball and football. He served as a member of the Norridge Youth Association Executive Board and was elected as a Norridge Park Commissioner in 1999, serving as a Commissioner for 20 years before being elected Norridge Trustee. On the Park Board, he oversaw many expansion and modernization projects such as the new pool building and playground renovations. Bill has also served as a member of the Advisory Review Board and Police Commission.
Trustee Jack Bielak
Jack was raised in Norridge and attended Leigh School and Ridgewood High School. After completing his high school education, Jack attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in History. He later returned to school and graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Local government administration from UIC. Jack is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager. Since being elected as Trustee in 2019, Jack has served as Chairman of the Law and Ordinance and Economic Development Committee. During this time, many new and diverse businesses have been welcomed to Norridge. Jack is also a member of the police pension board and oversees the Advisory Review and Zoning Boards along with the Building Department.
Jack has lived in Norridge for the last 20 years and is actively involved in his community. He was elected to the Norridge Park Board of Commissioners in 2015 and has served as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. During his tenure as a Park Commissioner, the Board was able to build a new senior center and dance facility and doubled the size of the Iron Ball Playground at Montrose and Octavia, which was fully funded from reserves at no additional cost or burden to taxpayers.
Trustee Andrew Ronstadt
Andy has been a resident of Norridge for the last 42 years. He retired after 35 years in the road construction industry. Andy and his wife Denise have been married for 35 years and have two children, Andrew and Heather, who are graduates of James Giles Elementary School and Ridgewood High School. Over the years, Andy has served the residents of Norridge in a variety of ways. He served on the Norridge Zoning Board of Appeals for 6 years and has volunteered for numerous Village events. He was a coach for NYA baseball and has been a volunteer at the Island in the City Park Fest since 2007. He served for 8 years as a board member for Ridgewood High School's Parents Club and in 2012 received the Presidents’ Volunteer Service Award. Andy has been a Trustee of the Village for 6 years. Andy continues to serve the community as a member of the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army Norridge Citadel and a volunteer for their many programs. Andy and Denise coordinate the bi-annual food drive at the Ridgewood High School's Ridgewood Foundation Bingo event that benefits the Salvation Army's food pantry
Trustee Debra J. Budnik
Debbie is currently a trustee and has served on the Board for the last twelve years, 8 as clerk and 4 as trustee. She and her husband Allan have lived in Norridge since the year 2000. Their three children attended James Giles School and Ridgewood High School. Their family participated in Norridge Youth Activities including baseball, basketball and bowling. Debbie is active in the community volunteering for various organizations including Rotary International where she is a former President and Queen of Peace where she is a parishioner. She enjoys walking the neighborhood and getting to know the Norridge residents. Debbie has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. She has worked in a leadership capacity for over 35 years with Marriott International. Her areas of expertise include team management, strategic business planning, budgeting, group sales and revenue management.
Trustee Frank Avino, Jr.
Frank and his family have lived in Norridge for over 25 years. He and his younger sister attended school, and are parishioners of, St. Eugene. Frank began his service to our community as a founding member of the Norridge Green Team under the late Mayor Ron Oppedisano. He accepted an appointment to become a member of the Norridge Zoning Board of Appeals. Frank left the Zoning Board after accepting an appointment by the late Mayor James Chmura to become a Police Commissioner where he oversaw the hiring and promotions of our Norridge Police Officers. He wanted to continue his involvement in supporting our first responders by deciding to run for, and be elected as, Trustee for the Norwood Park Fire Protection District. Frank stepped down from the Fire District and currently serves as Trustee for the Village of Norridge. His committee assignments include Triton Community College and our Norridge Green Team. He has coached at Norridge Park District, served as a mentor at Ridgewood High School, and volunteers any chance he gets. Frank attended Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management and is currently an Executive with a Chicagoland based, union-affiliated, commercial and industrial construction firm.
