  • Fence Boards/Chain Link Repair
  • Flooring (Wood/Composite/Refinish) ***
  • Garage Door (Overhead/Service)
  • Painting
  • Ramp (ADA)
  • Seal Coating
  • Security System
  • Siding/Soffit
  • Tile (Floor/Wall) ***
  • Toilet ***
  • Tub/Shower Surround (No Fixtures) ***
  • Tuckpointing
  • Waterproofing (Interior/No Excavation)
  • Windows (Existing Openings)

Commercial

  • Siding/Soffit/Painting/Carpet

*** Combining these listed items would require a remodel permit along with electric and plumbing applications.

 

Requirements When Submitting for Each Permit

If a contractor is doing the work:

  • Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
  • Submit a copy of the contract
  • Pay any fees associated with the project

If a homeowner is doing the work:

  • Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
  • Provide a copy of the owner's drivers license or state ID
  • Pay any fees associated with the project

Once the above is submitted the paperwork will be reviewed and the permit will be issued.
